The terms and conditions throughout Pitchup.com’s booking process state that deposits are non-refundable, however we do offer a refund if you choose to re-book another campsite or holiday park through Pitchup.com. Couldn't book 2 pitches, had to place 2 separate bookings.

Due to parks and sites on Pitchup.com managing their own availability and allocation, we are unable to offer multiple pitches on one booking. You can add requests to place pitches next to each other in the 'Other details' section of the booking page if you book pitches separately, and campsites will try to accommodate requests such as this as best they can. We are working on adding the functionality to book multiple pitches on Pitchup.com, but due the permutations of pitch rules at this time, it is not a straightforward task.
