Thank you for taking the time to write this. I'm sorry you did not enjoy the course. The trainer did mention to you a few times on the course that they would be more than willing to spend additional time with you to go through any questions or any area you did not understand. That offer still stands today. We regularly observe all our trainers, and they have also all passed an incredible challenging Civil Aviation Authority exam and observation in order to deliver dangerous goods by air training. This particular trainer is a leading expert in dangerous goods by air transport. As mentioned offline, we are always keen to resolve complaints as best we can.
