Thank you very much for the feedback. Really glad you enjoyed the course. You make a good point on tailoring the course. Part of the challenge we have is the course is Civil Aviation Authority approved, and involves an exam at the end. The exam papers are designed to qualify a range of shippers of infectious and biological substances to ship these goods by air - so ends up covering a broad area, which we in turn need to teach. We can produce more bespoke exam papers for customers focused on their samples, but we are a little wary of having multiple different papers catering to different types of shippers as it can then restrict what you are allowed to do with the qualification. Similarly, we wouldn't necessarily be able to create an exam and new course materials before each course depending on what the customer moves. I hope that offers some explanation.
