Insurance purchase very straightforward. Only critisism being the time taken to post the documents to us, this could have been due to an error in the postal address omitting the village name.

I was not given any information or a quote forall my pets. I already have 2 of my pets insured with you, I asked for a full amount for then all but never received it.
