My claim was submitted at the beginning of May. It's now the middle of June and I'm still waiting to hear from them, in spite of asking for an update nearly 2 weeks ago via the form on their website....

The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and informative about my required needs.
ok. my claim was settled promptly. however, i found the process to renew and rengotiate my annual premium a little more complicated and confusing and still think it is too expensive
