I FOUND THE ADVISER HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY.

I am still waiting confirmatory documentation so have had little dealings with Petplan. I rang with a query which was answered efficiently, but a little briskly and impatiently!

Good explanation of their services on the website and form for signing up was straight forward. However, the forms through the post are taking a long time to come and I would of expected to have them...

Still waiting for paper evidence and certificate etc to arrive

I feel that they are not really interested in retaining previous customers when they purchase new pets.

The lady I spoke to very helpful and friendly & I feel confident if needed I can ring pet plan & get the guidance or help needed

Price is very good compared with previous insurance company. Person who dealt with call, had actually called me back from previous conversation in November 2013. Well impressed!

First time I have taken out pet insurance and I found them very helpful

Simple to understand.

I have only just signed for it so difficult to comment.
