After setting up a 1st policy which was start dated January 2013 instead of 2014, so not activated, had to go through procedure again, this was set up, but ended up with 2 policies [NH 438222421...

I found the information and or cover details fine but I have not yet rec any policy in the post as yet.. Kind regards Will Pickford

It was fine. Very helpful lady talked me through it; also accommodated my availability which was helpful as I work full-time.

Only just took out the policy,so unable to make any comment yet.

Clearly explained what was provided and gave different levels of cover. Website easy to follow.

Informative but need to be more personable and less robotic when speaking to customers.

Good customer service. Policy seems to be the best on the market compared to other companies. Vet recommended which is always good. Only observation would be the taking your pet to work exclusion....
