Haven't needed to make a claim yet so will see how good they are if that happens! But signing up for cover was very easy.

Your reputation precedes you and so far I have had no reason to dispute that !

It's been a week since I insured my god and I have not had any type of confirmation from them at all. Currently awaiting a reply to my email of yesterday!

Always dealt with Petplan as a vet now have new puppy and think they should be reliable

I still Haven't received paperwork 10 Days later so I am not please with that.

The contact I spoke to was very helpful sorted out all 4 cat cover and I'm delighted to get the one or two months free for signing up with Pet Plan at a reduction in costs from my existing insurers
