Very helpful but took rather a long time to sort the insurance out. Was a little surprised by this as we have been with your company for about 15 years with our previous cats and are still waiting...
Not used them as of yet ! but I think it’s disgusting that they cover pets for life yet you pay a bit extra for life time cover

Absolutely rubbish, not fit for purpose, so many exclusions, all but one was a pre-existing, would definitely not worth the money and would not recommend.

Very efficient and friendly service. However, I do feel the cost is perhaps becoming prohibitive and I may have to think about researching other insurers in the future.

Petplan are easy to deal with, it was so easy to insure my new puppy on line and before when my previous dog had major issues it was easy to claim.
