I was pleased that I did not have to complete form on line. People were very helpful.
My concern now is how much will the premium be as my dog is now 12.
Petplan Have been great and very polite when it comes to our pet`s and there health needs, if I am unsure about anything they are there on the end of the phone to help.

Joining online was very simple with lots of information to help. Previously, our little dog, Tilly, was with Petplan for just on 16 years and I wouldn’t think of going to any other insurer.
Easy to claim and paid out with no problem. We had to visit a vet whilst on holiday. This was not a problem for petplan. This time we had to say goodbye to our oldie. Thank you for being there.
