Never used Petplan before and found them so helpfull .explained everything clearly .first-class .very polite ,nice manner and patient .spoke to John on my first call and Erin on my second call .Nice...

Very very poor, so many hidden extras that do not feature when getting an online quote.
Getting a phone quote took nearly 2 hours about 3 times going back to actual insurer not what I expected.
