Since order related enquiries are handled by a dedicated internal team, our agents need to convey such cases to them and since they have limited knowledge on the changes that can be made to order details, they should not have advised you that changing the address was possible unless instructed so by the orders team.

While some changes can be made to an order, after the delivery company picks it up in their system, most information can no longer be edited.
