The product was despatched on 25th - same day of the purchase and we updated the tracking information as well to your email address.
It seems like there is no tracking activity on the Au post website hence we have launched an enquiry with them on the parcel - Your case reference number for this enquiry is 05218723. You can call up Au post anytime and follow up on the case and when we hear anything from them , we will advise you.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but this is something to do with the courier which we don't have any control over. Hopefully this turns out to you ASAP.

Please note that after posting this negative feedback, I received a message from them that suggested that as I have left negative feedback they can no longer help to resolve the issue. Note that the negative feedback was posted after discussions on Friday and receiveing no response within the timeframe they nominated.
If this is indicative of how they deal with problems, then I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Got a call minutes after order to confirm the part matched my vacuum so that's thumbs up by my standards. Received order within a week, fits perfectly and I'm very happy with the service.

Scott, I am sure you understand the damaged goods in transit is something we have no control over - we use different courier companies and with them handling so many parcels, these issues do happen. We go over and beyond to assist you in every cases as we are just a small company trying to make our name out and outstanding customer service is how we survive and excel.
I checked your order and replacement part has already been sent out. Also, before investigation of what happened - we had proceed with the replacement parts. I am sure you will receive that anytime soon.
