Regarding the product, we have spoken with you couple of times prior to delivery about the ETA and the delay. But, you said you were okay and would wait. As the product arrived, we send it straight to you.
Even now, if you could send through the parts to us , we are more than happy to refund you for the product.
Also, please note the electrical parts like motors has to be changed or altered with a proper knowledge or technician.
