It's always a pleasure using My Cruises to book
Booking with My Cruises is just so easy and everything goes so smoothly. We have used them for many years now and will continue using them with our friends and family.
Easy to book but follow up/customer service after paying a deposit has been very poor. Booked in July flights and hotels still not confirmed for May trip to Europe.. Appears to be different processes...
our contact has been helpful, unfortunately another person got involved and gave us different flight details, both set of confirmed details arriving within minutes of each other. We couldn't follow...
They have met my needs very efficiently when I have emailed them and spoken to them on the phone. Had enquiries regarding visa's etc. I would have no hesitation in booking with them again.
My Cruises are the package deal kings for fly cruise offers.
just don't ask them to modify the offered package to much or you will be left hanging.
I had to complete my own changes to the package....
Initial booking was easy but we don't have any info on the hotels or airline. We recommended the cruise to relatives in UK and they have booked and have their hotel info and transfers included.
