Our Contracting Team puts a lot of effort into selecting the hotels we work with to ensure we offer comfortable, well-located accommodation at a great value. However, we recognise that hotel standards vary from country to country. Some hotels may differ in size, character, and amenities from what our guests are used to. Nonetheless, we expect all of our appointed hotels to meet our high standards, and we have shared your comments with our Quality Control team to ensure that the accommodation we provide continues to offer the best experience for our guests.
