About the Hoshino Resorts Oirase Keiryu, we would like to clarify that communication concerning the resort’s annual seasonal closure was issued to relevant partners and stakeholders in July 2024. This change was not made at the last minute but was planned as part of the necessary adjustments to the itinerary based on the resort’s operating schedule. We are sorry to hear that certain days of the tour did not feel as engaging, particularly the time spent in Sendai, and we appreciate the honest perspective. We are, however, pleased to know that you found other elements of the tour – including hotels and restaurants – to meet the standard of luxury expected. We acknowledge the concerns raised regarding communication and the timing of important details.
