We understand how disappointing it must have been to travel such a distance with the expectation of a luxurious and expertly curated experience, only to feel let down by elements of the itinerary and delivery. Your feedback is invaluable and will be taken seriously as we review this tour and consider how best to improve it for future guests. Having previously travelled with us to Egypt, it is especially disheartening to learn that this trip did not match the excellence you previously enjoyed. We deeply regret that this experience has caused you to reconsider travelling with us again, and we sincerely apologise for not having delivered the exclusive and well-organised Japanese journey you were right to expect.
