It makes us very happy to learn that you were pleased with all aspects of your itinerary, although, we do regret that another guests' behaviour may have taken away from your total enjoyment of the trip. At Insight Vacations, we do reserve the right to terminate the travel arrangements of any participant whose behaviour is causing upset or disruption to other members. Nonetheless, we are delighted that our Travelling Concierge, Virendra, helped to ensure a special experience for you and we have happily passed on your kind sentiments. Also, we truly sorry to learn that your missed wake up call from your hotel took away from your overall experience; although, we certainly hope that you enjoyed taking in all of the remarkable attractions that you were able to explore during your time in Egypt.

At times, ensuring that our guests can take in as many amazing attractions as possible and make the most out of the snapshot of time they spend in each region can mean lengthier periods of travel and some early starts. However, we appreciate that holidays are also meant for relaxing and we will look into your concerns about the organisation of the itinerary to review where the necessary improvements could be made. In addition, itinerary variations may be required on rare occasions to ensure the smooth running of the trip; however, a similarly enjoyable experience will always be sought where possible. Nevertheless, we will look to ensure that our guests are being made properly and promptly aware of these changes at the time. That being said; we still hope that you have returned home from your time on the Classical India with Nepal trip with many fond memories of your adventures and to welcome you back to travel with us again in the future.

While we try our best to make our guests' journeys as comfortable as possible; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all special meal requests will be accommodated for.
