Our Insight Vacations Experts are always there to assist our guests with any queries and so we are very pleased that you were happy with your service experience. What's more, we are delighted that you relished your days spent exploring Egypt in-depth and we hope to have the chance to surpass your expectations in the future.

It troubles us to read your feedback and we are disappointed that you did not enjoy your time in India. Therefore, we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control and Operations Teams for their internal review. Our guests should not feel pressured to provide tips and all gratuities should be extended solely at your discretion, therefore we will be bringing this to the attention of our Travel Directors' manager to be addressed. We would like to assure you that these comments are not in line with those that we usually receive and so, we will strive to make any necessary improvements to the itinerary. However, we sincerely hope to have the chance to restore your full faith in our luxury experiences in the future and that we may be afforded this honour soon.

At Luxury Gold, we always try to incorporate an amazing blend of experiences into our itineraries and so, we are happy to learn that you were pleased with the variety of activities on this trip. Additionally, we have passed on your thoughts about the organisation of this journey to our Operations Team for further review. However, we are delighted that you had an excellent time in Costa Rica and hope that you will join us for another educational adventure soon.
