Dear April, I would like to apologize on behalf of our team here that your day didn't go as planned. As you mentioned, situations such as adverse weather or Los Angeles traffic are out of our control - and no matter how many times we do the same route or plan everyday to have the best day on record - we never can plan for what lies ahead on the roads. Our priority is to ensure our guests are safe and if there are any issues that are brought to our attention we handle it with care and provide a resolution - in this case, it was a refund to apologize for the inconvenience of the delay. We hope you did however enjoy your day at the park!

Hi April, We are a transportation service that takes pride in the journey to and from guests final destination. Many people that aren't from LA feel the traffic can be quite daunting, so we offer a service that takes away that stress from families and get them to and from the parks without having to drive, or pay for parking once at the park. We're sorry that our Service didn't seem to fit your needs but we're thankful you chose to ride with us!
