I was running late, they kept in contact with me as much as possible, they waited as long as they could but traffic was bad and I missed the bus, despite this the driver was patient when I met them...

Thank you for letting us know that overall you were satisfied with our service Nicole!  I'm really glad you made the bus in Barstow after all that traffic.
I took a look at your reservation in regards to our departure times, and it does state to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time given.  I'm sorry if that didn't seem clear at the time - I will look into how to make this stand out more as we always want to ensure our guests have a smooth overall experience traveling with us.

I'm sorry to hear of this.  I will ensure I speak to our Operation Team to see what happened this day - as if a taxi is required - communication would most definitely be required to ensure this goes smoothly.  I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused in this case.

I used Lux Bus for 2 days consecutively. Each day a different driver. 1st driver was a safe driver, gave us some interesting facts (mini tour) while transporting us from hotel to universal studios...
