I want to reassure you that we respond to every email we receive, although during particularly busy periods it may take us a little longer than usual. When an email successfully reaches us, our system automatically sends an acknowledgement containing a 6‑digit ticket ID.
As you mentioned not receiving any response, I had a look into our system and I'm unable to find a recent contact from this email, so it seems your message didn't reach us. I really do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
Regarding the missing recipe, I've arranged a replacement order for this to be dispatched along with some treats for your little one, and you will receive an email confirmation shortly.
