Good experience

It was easy to decide on the shock and chlorine. Expensive! But it is everywhere. The deciding factor is your proven service. I've never had a bad experience.

Pool Supplies sent replacement parts with no hassle

The solar cover Reel set I bought came missing some special "plastic screws" and rather than Pool Supplies sending me the missing parts they sent another kit for attaching the reel to the solar cover.

Very fast shipping, 1200 solar cover much thinner than expected, strap clips have a hole, not a slot so useless, no way to put a strap in

Defective liner

I contacted customer service over defective liner they ask for pictures. I sent pictures two times, now they want videos. They only offered 20% refund and sent me a patch kit. The liner has several...

Hello! We're sorry your liner had this issue. This is a printed item, and there is a small probability that the factory has misprinted it, causing these minor imperfections.
