We are very sorry for your poor experience. As discussed, we did check pricing with our supplying dealer before quoting, and they sadly included a governement grant that is no longer available, which we honestly explained.
It is very sad to receive a negative review score, although despite the situation here not being a result of our processes (where we dilligently check pricing before we issue quotes) we take full responsiblity for the service that you recieve, and we will use this feedback when considering and reviewing the dealer used for the supply of your vehicle, going forward.
