Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us Mrs Metcalf, as if helps us to learn from your experience. We are disappointed with your review and are sorry that you feel disgusted with the service you received, this was certainly not our intention. Our records show regular communication with you, although we understand that selling the property, whilst you live in Spain, could feel like an additional strain. We appreciate that selling property is stressful and unfortunately, as was in these circumstances, can take longer and be more involved than expected, we are sorry that we didn't better prepare you for this eventuality. Part of our role is to safeguard your sale and ensure due diligence is exercised. This took longer to satisfy than anticipated, in addition, your buyer’s lawyer raised four separate sets of enquiries over a three-month period. We were, however, pleased to complete the sale of the property on the date you agreed with your buyer. We wish you and your family every happiness for the future. Kind regards Nicky Jackson Lees

Thank you for your 4-star review Mr Smith. We appreciate your feedback and apologise for the delay on your moving day. Fridays are our busiest days for completions and bank transfers can take longer, which is unfortunately out of our control. We understand the inconvenience this caused and hope the bad weather did not dampen your excitement of moving house. Wishing you every happiness. Kind regards Nicky Jackson Lees
