The trustees, including yourself, agreed to have the property bought in your sole name, subject to a restriction on future dealings. We assure you that we made every effort to handle your transaction efficiently and professionally. While we cannot comment on the actions of your surveyor, we did advise you to check that the utilities were in good working order well before the exchange of contracts.
