Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it has caused you. We strive to provide the highest level of service, and it is clear that you feel we did not meet your expectations in this instance. We understand that the need to hand-deliver documents and the request for duplicates added unnecessary stress to your experience. We are committed to improving our communication and document handling processes to prevent such issues in the future. Whilst our legal team has confirmed that there were no delays in your transaction and that the sale progressed in a timely manner, we acknowledge that our communication with you could have been better. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to enhance our services. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
