That's no problem at all. We send out requests for feedback to guests after their booking and when they return from holiday. This is because we are trying to improve our booking process so guests comments regarding this are very helpful. I hope you have a great holiday . Alex, Guest services

Thank you for your feedback on your booking experience. Our website had some problems which were being fixed and I am really sorry this meant you had to call us. I have followed up your comments with our sales team to address the delay you had in getting your answers as this is very unlike them. They are very good at resolving queries quickly and effectively and I am sorry on this occasion this was not the experience you had. Some of our hotels will offer a packed lunch to guests and others do not, these offers at the discretion of the hotel and we advise guests of what is on offer. When on tours these are not necessarily offered by the hotels and I can only apologise that the hotels have chosen to not offer these. I have asked that we perhaps add this to the fjord explorer tour page for clarity. We absolutely value you as a customer and I do hope you have a fantastic holiday in Norway next year. Ensure the website takes bookings! I tried all day Sunday and could not make the booking. On Monday the room we wanted had gone! Most annoying and time consuming!
The telephone booking was fine later...

I can see this was a frustrating process for you and not the booking experience we wish for our guests. Thank you Alex for your quick response to our booking and I am pleased you will take the issue up.
My frustration I am afraid has now increased since the Hotel Galeazzi is now on offer at £200 less each!!

As far as booking goes the agent was brilliant. I'd had problems on line because it did not show lift passes for over 45's hence having to phone.
I knew which S/C apartment I wanted, skis, pass,...
Online booking was slow / stop. Short wait for telephone answer but Lorena knew what she was talking about, answered all questions and processed the booking efficiently.
