Thank you for your feedback on your booking experience. I understand you took a lot of time to decide on a property and had certain requests you wanted. When booking far in advance some of our property's will not have their contracts finalised. This is why we are transparent with guests about this and advise them that whilst we expect to have this property etc. that this wont be finalised until a certain date. This is not the case with all property's however and I am sorry this experience has left you feeling disappointed. I understand that we have put your flights and Fernau hotel on hold for you so please let us know if you need any help or if you make a decision on your second hotel. Alex, guest services
Unable to book online - waited ages to connect. Gave up after about 45 minutes and after several attempts. Eventually booked by phone which was done efficiently otherwise one star.

Thank you for your feedback about your booking experience. We have had some issues with the website where guests were unable to book and these have now been fixed. So sorry you were kept waiting for so long on the phone. Whilst it can sometimes take a little while to find out certain information for guests we would not expect our guests to wait for 15 minutes. I am following this up with our reservations team to see why this happened and make sure it doesn't happen moving forward. Alex, guest services
There was a problem with on line booking but one phone call and help of person called Natalie sorted it - we got the online deal and she completed the booking
Answered all questions and came across very professionally
