We were sorry to read of the poor service you encountered on arrival at Innsbruck airport. We have highlighted your feedback to our local agent; they will ensure the arrival procedure runs smoother for future customers. We have also asked that transfer pick up times are not changed without prior consent with all of the customers involved, we are sorry this change added to your journey home.
