If you call the Sales Team on 01254 306840 within 3 days of receiving your goods we are happy to provide a refund or credit for any items you have received that are damaged or faulty.
Very good just the delivery people let it down as don’t give you a time frame like the other companies. I had to go to pick it up from the depot that day.

TNT deliver goods between the hours of 8am and 6pm, unfortunately they are unable to provide an hour time slot for delivery however they will make three attempts to deliver your order.
Should you wish to confirm your order is out for delivery feel free to call a member of the Sales Team on 01254 306840.
Only complaint is that the numbers on the invoice did not tie up with the numbers on the packs of cards

The numbers on the packs of cards are the manufacturers codes rather than the codes from the website. If you would like a list to match up the products please feel free to call a member of the Sales Team on 01254 306840
