As discussed over the telephone, the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) dictates that we must complete a medicine check with all customers who place orders on our website for OTC medicines. As you confirmed that you were wanting to sell the medicines online, without holding a MHRA license, we were unable to process the order, as to comply with MHRA regulation. This is also stated in our terms and conditions.

Thank you for your feedback. We currently use two different couriers for deliveries outside of the UK mainland and always quote the customer the cheaper price between the two. We are sorry to hear that on this occasion you felt the postage costs were too high but we will relay that information back to the relevant department - Thanks again.
