Dear Mr. Putero,

We’re very sorry that you had this negative experience with our accounting service. It was, unfortunately, a glitch in the system - which is not an adequate enough excuse - as we never ask our clients to send us proof of payment. We apologize profusely for this! We know that it must have been frustrating for you and while we pride ourselves on always providing our clients with excellent, efficient and timeous service we were unfortunately not able to meet that with you. We are putting measures in place that this does not happen again - and we can only learn from this situation.

We are however thrilled that you had a great trip! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
