The service is brilliant, very rare to have any break in WiFi at all.

They notify users when the system is going to be off due to maintenance which is useful but very occasionally the service does degrade or go off with no notice.

I really don't know to what this question refers. I have had no experience of dealing with Gigaclear recently, apart from them providing the usual broadband.

There have been several outages in the past year which have been very inconvenient.

It took us almost a year to get connected as their sales and installation service was chaotic. Fortunately we found someone with influence who persuaded them that their cable ran right past our front...

Been o.k , outages fixed on time good. I would recommend Gigaclear.

The speed is great. At least one a month the service stops and can be for several hrs at a time.

Excellent speed and reliability. Pricey though.

Respond to e-mails, call back when you say you will, update tickets and allow us to read them, provide service credits as agreed, stop accidentally deleting cases, stop having your customers repeat...
