Always polite and friendly phone service if there is a problem with no waiting and a real peerson. had a few outages - one very long which was a nuisance. Also quiyte expensive.

Regularly check speed test to find I am getting nowhere near the advertised download speed while upload remains constant. Apart from when downloading very large files I don’t notice much difference...

we have intermittent broadband from gigaclear - the nodes don't reach very far .. the customer service department is not very helpful
