Hard to reach support. Job done in house but messy. The broadband works wonder.

best deals are limited to new subscribers.. while those that have been contributing since the beginning have to negotiate with "managers" for the best deal.

The initial install was about a year behind projected schedules but when I then requested to be connected all went smoothly and it was done quickly. The service has been uninterrupted since I had it...

connection was almost instant from the start any problems which have been very few email to keep you informed service and speed great after very slow land line service could not be more pleased.

The equipment and fibre network all work very well. Our installation needed 3 visits before a successful completion due to various issues.

if something works without any problems and little effort from me, what could be better!
