Occasional outages. We regularly have power outages, after which a full reset is required. Because of previous and lack of mobile phone coverage we have had to keep our BT landline.

The service is customer focused. When we signed up for the Broadband, it was not easy at times to get through on the phone if we had an enquiry. other wise I am satisfied with the service.

I was good to be informed re potential outage early, the speed was ok but the new one much faster and a lot cheaper.

very poor had to dig to find my cable on the verge outside my property after having such a problem to do business with them
