I love the upload and download speeds
The Internet speeds is second to none. Previously I was with BT and they managed to provide 10mb "fibre" with Gigaclear I get 300mb via fttp/ftth upload and download.

The accounts department said they’ll call back, that was a week ago, still
The signal is good. I called the Accounts Department as requested. They said they would call back, that was a week ago and still no call… no very good customer service!!
