It's wonderful to hear how pleased you are with your shelf but I'm sorry to hear yours had arrived without any instructions. They should have been packaged in with the product, if this is not the case please accept our apologies. I will investigate this with our dispatch team. In regards to the shelves having 2 different types of fitting methods, the 6x4 Floating Shelf you received requires hidden floating shelf rods to be inserted into the wall and into the shelf for support. However, the 8x4 Shelf has Block Supports so the hidden rods aren't necessary as the blocks offer enough support to fit this shelf with keyhole fixings instead. I ordered the wrong size and rang them up to change it... which they were happy to do. Arrived well packaged and very promptly. Lovely wood...quite heavy and not put on Wall yet...hope the screws are...
