It's wonderful to hear how pleased you are with the service and product you've received from us and that the shelf was just as you expected based on our online description. In regards to the issues you had with the fitting, the brackets we supply are actually adjustable to accommodate to the rustic style of the timber. We have a useful video guide on our YouTube channel that demonstrates this at about 2 minutes into this video: youtube.com/watch?v=AwX9gW7kidc - They can also be carefully pushed upwards to counteract any tilting.
