This is my 6th or 7th FP trip and booking is very easy.

If unable to reach person who I originally dealt with was helped by others. I was impressed.

Very responsive and very willing to accommodate the change in departure city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy to see exactly what you were purchasing.

I booked online, but forgot a couple of details. The FP staff emailed me fo add'l info... Then even responded once it was completed.

Both people I talked to were friendly and knowledgeable.
