Sorry to hear you were not happy with the quote you received. Although the analyser itself was fine, the gas escape probe had failed so we did have to quote you an optional replacement, which was done at a discounted price as a good will gesture. If I can do anything to assist you in future please let me know, Steve

Poor courier service
Service was good, however the delivery team that you use had just left the analyser on the front door step and in the rain, instead of returning to the depot as stated if nobody was home.
