Disappointed and not confident
I felt that getting it back reading a level of CO above what’s in the atmosphere, and having to pay to ship it back only to be told o fault was found and a recalibration was done with no changes...

Thank you for your feedback. The O2 sensor was replaced as part of the service, & gave the correct reading when it was returned to be checked the second time. Apologies if you had to pay to return it, the returns form should have had a link to print off a pre-paid postage label. Please do let me know next time it is due for service & I will ensure you are more than reimbursed for this. Regards, Steve

Quick turnaround
Very quick turn around had it back the same week. All up and working again from calibration. Seamless posting and return, down to local Post Office.

Part I ordered is great but the cost of delivery was too much.
Service was good, part I ordered was the right one. But it’s open to be lost easily as it slides off unlike on some other analysers. Cost of delivery was too high.
