CHU fails to deliver on customer service as outlined on its web site. It's all lies as staff lie and simply try to cover up the poor service in the claims department.
Will be seeking a new insurer when renewal is due.

Phoned CHU 1300289248 Thursday 28/10 at 4.00pm SACST and again Thursday 4/11 at 11.40am heard a number of condescending messages and then advised the office was closed. Odd working hours.
