Poor

Having been disappointed I got a call from Trent's who promised to sort my issues out, a week later and nothing. I called them and they have no record of them calling me. Would not use them again.

From our understanding you were thankful for the call and explanation. We're sorry that you still deem our service to be 1* worthy, in-spite of efforts to ease your concerns.

I agree with you and yes you did respond quickly, but the different was never paid to me and the call finished with " you manager saying he would process the payment as soon as he got off the call" this was an offer made by yourselves.
