I had to put the order on hold and then contact them again to continue with the order. They were still able to get the order to us on the next working day. Very helpful.

Item arrived quickly and well packaged. Please update product description so it is easier to ascertain whether a 'left' or 'right' version is required.

All school doors dealt with within the timeframe. Finger guards well fitted. School environment respected during time here. .
We are sorry to hear about this problem, it is one that we have never previously encountered. In view of this, we will contact our suppliers to see if it is viable to manufacture the Socket Shield as left and right handed, or possibly have it made as universal where one key can be used on both sides. However, at the moment we only supply the one option which is the same as the image shown on our website.
