I booked in person as the website was difficult to use and wouldn't let me access the trip I wanted. The member of staff who served me was polite and helpful.

Excellent service from word go!
Reanne, the girl who helped with with my enquiries over 3 days before I booked, was excellent!!! Can this please be passed on to Comany? Because of her I booked 5 days instead of 3!

It went well. There was a problem with single person supplement but once referred to the boss the need for a prompt response meant it was fine.
