Easy to use website. I always use the website rather than in store booking or phone. I can browse holidays at leisure and book easily for the date and location I want.

Difficult to use.
I booked in person as the website was difficult to use and wouldn't let me access the trip I wanted. The member of staff who served me was polite and helpful.
