serviços telefonicos e online pouco informativos e nada prestaveis
O serviço ao cliente foi muito pobre. chamadas telefonicas e mesmo o suporte nao resolviam o problema. Fui a uma agencia e consegui iniciar a apolice de seguro como pretendido em 5 minutos.
